Delivery

We aim to dispatch all goods that are in stock within 5 working days from the order date and are sent either by Royal Mail or with a courier company. If you need the items sooner than this, please drop us an email and we will do our best to accommodate this for you. Where applicable the customer is responsible for any duty and taxes that may occur. We currently do not ship internationally.

Please note that over the Christmas period your orders may take slightly longer than usual. If the item which you order is out of stock, or is going to be delayed in any way, we will contact you via email and offer you the option to cancel should you not wish to wait.

If you would like to collect your order from our HQ, please email us at tania@foreverwildinteriors.co.uk to arrange a time. Just click on the "Collect from HQ" option in delivery.

Returns

We hope that you will be totally happy with your order, however should you wish to return an item for any reason please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by email at tania@foreverwildinteriors.co.uk.

Goods must be sent back within 14 days of receiving them. All items must be returned in perfect condition. You are responsible for the arrangement and cost of return shipping and delivery with the exception of damaged items. We strongly advise using a tracked postage service with insurance as we cannot offer refunds for any items that fail to reach us. We reserve the right to return any of the merchandise that does not meet Forever Wild return requirements.  All products purchased on sale or seconds items are final sale and non returnable. 

We will process a refund to your original payment method within 2 days of receiving your parcel.
